compared with over 100 days' exhausting school life, summer holiday is definitely a golden time for relaxation entertainment. we can set aside the studies, lock away the textbooks, forget everything about school, greet the new life with our arms open up. during the two months' loose, we enjoy ourselves thoroughly, sleeping till when the sun is high in the sky, playing computer night day, watching tv as long as we want to,traveling around like a tramp. time rolls by,it is not until at the end of the holiday that we suddenly find our home assignment remaining blank sheets of paper. then we go mad, devote the last days to fulfilling the homework.

the same summer holidays pass year after year, year after year, we regret when they come to an end. we regret having wasted so time on recreations, instead of our lessons, regret having worn away our 8tth in trifles.

although it was still the case this summer, i dare say this was the most fruitful holiday i had ever spent. yes, the summer holiday i enjoyed most is this year's.

at the very beginning of the holiday, our head teacher instructed us to make the most of the summer coming up,then turn ourselves into bookworms. i took heart on hearing it,at once mapped out a long list of hundreds of tasks i was going to perform. i was even in higher spirits in the first days of the summer, dreaming that i stuck to the whole schedule became a super girl the next semester. but my ambition didn't stand the test of time. it was a few days later that my attention was continually attracted by the internet, novels, shopping malls. time flew surprisingly fast. when the vacation was already over, i realized in astonishment despair that i had acted on a half of my plan.

however, i am now consoling myself with the thought that it is human nature to have a rest after a long term's study; hence it is not realistic to keep working hard, even though the horrible senior 3 was around the corner. therefore, i am satisfied. i am satisfied with my daily routine in which i spent an average 9 hours in sleeping, 2 hours in eating, 2 hours in surfing the internet, 6 hours in doing some trivial things which i couldn't even remember, the other 5 hours in studying. after all, i have done my possible. what is more, i did have a precious pause between the intense school days, seized the last chance to relax in my senior life. so, this was a holiday combined with rest work, wasn't it?

in our daily lives,we can find out many bad habits in others and also in ourselves, such as smoking in public, talking loudly while eating and crossing the street without paying attention to the traffic lights, and so on.

there are more and more smoker think of smoking as part of their often, they even smoke in the hospital or in the carriages where smoking is not allowed definitely, never considering the feelings of others.

i think we shoud prevent them from use,it will do harm to both themselves and the persons around.

as we know, talking loudly while eating is also a bad habit like times,my classmates eat out epress their ecitement, they would kid each other and then laugh loudly, though some others also having a dinner at the same place have epressed their bitterness and complaint.

in my opinion, having a dinner party can of couse reinforces the friendship among the it wont be forgoten that we shouldnt lay others pain aside, while enjoying ourselves.

other than those mentioned above,it sometimes could endanger ourlives crossing the street with a heavy traffic without paying enough attitions on can often see the scene where many policeman are solving a traffic accident and some persons have been deadlaying on the s too sad to see for ,it can be prevented before originally!

facing these bad habits, what can we do?in my opinion,on one hand, itsnecessary to persuade others not to continue their"hobby";and on the other hand,we should set an eample to others, and never have a try.

Having stayed on campus for so many yearsm some students become bored and can't wait to pick up a job. They are eager to lead a life that is less stressful intellectually and less pressing economically. In their eyes jobs can provide them with constant opportunities for solving problemsmwhich demands a combination of schoolbook knowledge and practical abilitieB

However, some students plan to continue their education in pursuing a master's degree. In terms of career academic preparation, knowledge and skills acquired at undergraduate level are far from adequate. A sound fact is that an increasing number of graduates are returning, motivated by the need to their knowledge and enhance (提高) their skills. The news that graduates with higher degrees are better off spreads from shrinking (萎縮的) job market.

All this indicates that a bachelor's degree (學士學位) can hardly qualify students for a competitive position. If I am faced with the choice, I prefer to stay and pursue a M. A. degree. I know my choice will mean a commitment of time and money. But opportunities always take the form of hardships and risks. The days might be rigorous and painstaking, but they would certainly be fulfilling and rewarding, and would surely lead to a prosperous future.

Over the years, there have been numerous discussions about what are the best important elements in personal quality. While people seem to agree that forgiveness, determination, and selflessness are the most important factors, others tend to believe that kindness, confidence, ambition, optimism, and modesty contribute have more effects on human life. As for me, I believe that ambition and determination can make more impact on our future opportunity for three key reasons.

Firstly, ambition leads the most motivation that is the main force to succeed. As we look around, it is easy to see that almost all political leaders possess ambition. The next, determination is to work consistently and demandingly. Some political leaders can persuade citizens to follow them because they work as they have said. Without determination, no citizen will follow and support them. The last, one must constitue both ambition and determination in order to reach a qulaity life. Only ambition can‘t prove his great personality, and the same as determination that can‘t guarantee his character for big success.

Of course, some people will consider other factors as the most important factors in high quality. In my opinion, I am convinced that ambition and determination are the most vital virtues for a bright future.

Online Shopping

Nowadays, can we find a person who has not experienced online shopping? Definitely not. Online shopping is coming into fashion in most of cities due to the rapid development of internet technology.

Online shopping is welcomed by most people due to various reasons. From the perspective of consumer, it can save some time for people who don't have much spare time. Just click the mouse, they can get whatever they want while staying at home. For the retailers, it can cut some costs for those who don't have much circulating funds. They don't have to rent a house and spend money on employees compared with the traditional trade mode. However, there are still some defects in online shopping. First, face to face deal makes online shopping less reliable and trustworthy. Second, people will lose the fun of bargain.

It is undeniable that shopping on the internet has become an irresistible trend in modern society. It's of great urgency that we need to regulate the relative laws in accordance with the rapid growth of online shopping. Only in this way can we enjoy the pleasure and convenience of online shopping without the concern of being treated.

It is impossible to keep in good health unless we have sufficient recreation. The mind, too, needs rest to keep alert and vigorous. There is a lot of truth in the old saying, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."

There are many games which we can play after our work is done. But it's always advisable for people to remember that persons who sit much should take up sports or a kind of recreation that requires muscular exercise. Those who spend most of their time in the open air and have constant muscular labor, however, should adopt reading or some other quiet forms of recreation that will give them some physical rest.

Cycling is said to be a capital means of recreation. But some people foolishly exhaust themselves by excessive exertion on the bike. The same may be said in regard to football. Tennis is a great form of recreation. Fishing requires much patience, but there is the risk of catching cold by prolonged exposure. A good brisk walk is one of the finest forms of exercise. For persons engaged in outdoor labor, chess playing is an excellent change.

At one time or another, most of us will come to a point in our lives when it’s time to determine our next step. As a business and success coach, I often hear from people who are wondering if it’s time to make a change in their lives. Things may be going well, or not-so-well, but for whatever reason, they’re thinking that it’s time for change. They come to me for help figuring out what’s next in their career.

Most people are not in jobs that they planned and studied for. As a matter of fact, it’s pretty clear that many people are in careers that just “happened.” They started working at a job thinking it was going to be something they’d do until they decided what they really wanted to get involved in, and then they just stayed around until it became a kind of career.

In other cases, individuals are in jobs or professions based on the guidance or encouragement of other people in their lives. Perhaps their parents always wanted a doctor in the family. Maybe their boyfriend or wife kept telling them they were capable of “better” things and needed to get moving on their career. My point is this: Regardless of how they got to where they are now, it wasn’t, for most of the population, a well thought-out plan that was skillfully executed.

In my coaching practice, I’ve learned that this situation often translates into people doing work that really isn’t right for them personally. They may be doing okay, but they sure don’t bound out of bed looking forward to getting to work each day.

We are all more successful when we are doing things we enjoy. To help clients decide what that may be, I ask them a few questions designed to get them to take an honest look at who they are at their core.

For those of you who’ve been thinking, “Maybe I should make the move into management,” I’ve put together this list of 10 warning signals. If any of these hit you as your personal reality, the chances are that you are not cut out to be a manager.
