(一)巧報姓名

爲了使對方聽清並記住自己的姓名，往往要對"姓"和"名"加以解釋，註釋得越巧，人們得到的印象越深刻。巧報姓名有三種方法：

1、聯想法

一次，我給我同學掛電話，她不在，電話裏傳來了奶聲奶氣的聲音："媽媽不在。"我知道這是她三歲的女兒。我告訴她："媽媽回來告訴她，辛阿姨來電話了，記住了嗎?拍拍胸脯，記住了嗎，是辛阿姨。"於是我不放心又問了一句："什麼阿姨來電話了?"電話裏傳來啪啪的聲音："辛阿姨。"一會兒，我同學把電話打過來了，欣喜地問道："你看我姑娘多神，告訴我你給我來電話了。是真的嗎?"面對興奮的母親，我知道其實是拍胸脯的動作引發了孩子的聯想記憶：由心臟聯想到我的姓氏。

2、重複法

在職場，兩個人見面了。其中一位說道："你好，我叫王剛。"另一位立刻重複道："你好王剛。"既得體又巧妙的記住了對方的名字，可見重複也是個好辦法。

3、釋義法 ，也就是解釋自己名字的由來。

我聽過這樣的.自我介紹"我叫王晨陽，我媽媽生我之前已連下了半個多月的雨，剛生完我，hushi小姐打開窗簾，陽光普照，媽媽擡腕看看錶，正好早7點整，爲我取名王晨陽。"

(二)把握分寸，自信自謙
