尊敬的中醫同道：
值此“歧軒醫學專題學術會議”舉辦之際，我們誠邀您蒞臨本次歧軒盛會。
“歧軒醫學”是由北京歧軒堂張潤傑老師帶領一批中醫同道，深挖《黃帝內經》理論精髓，結合後世各大醫家的寶貴經驗，以脈法爲突破口，使脈法成爲中醫的臨牀治療辨證的指南針，在“氣一元論”思想的指導下，相繼又完善了“歧軒靶向用藥”，“歧軒一元針法”，“歧軒導引推拿法”“歧軒養生術”等內容，使我們的診斷可以直接爲臨牀的辨證治療提供指導。
“歧軒醫學”經過幾年的推廣，得到了同道們的認可和讚譽，“歧軒脈法”法於《黃帝內經》“察色按脈、先別陰陽”之旨，貫穿着氣之升降出入，如撥雲見日，使“色脈者，上師所祕”之脈診神機昭然若揭。“歧軒靶向用藥”則是通過藥物服食，脈象變化來把握瞭解藥物在人體內的升降出入運動的部位和方向，如此遣方用藥則信手拈來，如此學習經方亦可以深悟經方之奧妙！針法、灸法、導引、推拿、刮痧、拔罐無不如是！
在“歧軒醫學”體系內，從生理到病理，從診斷到治療皆以“一”貫之，統一於“氣一元論”。通過臨牀驗證，無數歧軒人驚歎於祖先的智慧，現爲了讓更多的中醫同道受益，我們召開“歧軒醫學專題會議”。本次大會將是中醫人坦誠交流的平臺，張潤傑老師將對交流內容給予點評和指導。同時中醫界相關領導將出席對大會給予支持。

各有關單位：
中國（北京）國際服務貿易交易會（簡稱京交會）由中國商務部、北京市人民政府共同主辦，得到世界貿易組織、聯合國貿易和發展會議、世界經濟合作與發展組織永久支持，定於每年 5 月28日至6月1日在北京召開；是目前世界唯一涵蓋服務貿易12大類服務貿易領域的綜合型交易展會，已經成功舉辦了兩屆。作爲京交會執行單位的中國服務貿易協會具體承辦了文化貿易相關活動。現將活動有關事項說明如下：
一、基本情況

二、活動內容
第三屆京交會文化貿易活動由高層論壇、專業招商與洽談會、展覽三部分組成。
（一）開幕式暨高層論壇
2015年5 月 28日下午，在國家會議中心舉行，擬邀請美國、韓國、英國、日本文化貿易機構、跨國公司負責人，國內重點文化企業負責人，科研機構學者圍繞以下三個方面發言：
1、國際文化貿易趨勢分析與預測
2、發佈《中國重點文化企業發展報告》
3、文化貿易人才培養
（二）專業招商洽談會
1、將重點圍繞吉林、雲南、四川幾個城市文化產業園區合作、招商等展開專項活動。同時，將舉辦重點企業服務採購說明會。
2、舉辦文化專項資金（基金）扶持和重點項目金融服務專場說明會。
（三）平行會議

本屆展覽面積：1500平米，重點以茶文化、中國絲綢、工藝品、中國藝術品，以尋求合作爲主。

四、重點服務貿易企業和重大服務貿易項目庫，有關情況介紹
協會將在執行商務部、中國進出口銀行服務貿易重大項目貸款的基礎上，建立“中國重點服務貿易企業庫”和“中國重大服務貿易項目庫”，兩庫將在京交會期間免費對外開放。一是歡迎國內各行業企業積極向協會申報（詳細情況見《關於推薦服務貿易各行業重點企業和重大項目的函》；二是有意與重點企業或重大項目合作的企業，請登錄中國服務貿易協會專家委員會官方網站：#url#查詢或諮詢協會工作人員。
