在現今社會，就業問題就似乎總是圍繞在我們的身邊，成了說不完的話題。招聘會上的大字報都總寫着“有經驗者優先”，可還在校園裏面的我們這班學子社會經驗又會擁有多少呢?爲了拓展自身的知識面，擴大與社會的接觸面，增加個人在社會競爭中的經驗，鍛鍊和提高自己的能力，以便在以後畢業後能真正真正走入社會，能夠適應國內外的經濟形勢的變化，並且能夠在生活和工作中很好的地處理各方面的問題，開始了我這個假期的社會實踐。實踐，就是把我們在學校所學的理論知識，運用到客觀實際中去，使自己所學的理論知識有用武之地。只學不實踐，那麼所學的就等於零。理論應該與實踐相結合。另一方面，實踐可爲以後找工作打基礎。通過這段時間的實習，學到一些在學校裏學不到的東西。因爲環境的不同，接觸的人與事不同，從中所學的東西自然就不一樣了。要學會從實踐中學習，從學習中實踐。

正所謂“不以規矩不能成方圓”。超市作爲一個經營單位，自然有自己的規矩。例如不許篡位，不許隨意換崗，不許隨意閒逸聊天等等。像我，是負責在食品區的巧克力區站崗的.，就不能跑去生活用品區，更不能與同崗位的同事無視客人而侃侃而談。在超市工作，必須有一個嚴謹的心與一份嚴謹的態度。首先，這就表現在嚴格固定的上班時間。我的上班時間是早上8點到中午12點半，晚上是7點到10點半。超市服務員的工作看似簡簡單單地站站就可以了，但是，只有真正從事這份工作後才知其艱辛。早上必須一早起牀，睡眼惺忪地就要開始到達上班地點站崗了，而且一站就是幾個小時，這樣一天站下來，腳都有點顫抖了，發軟了。唯一休息的時間，也就是上廁所的時間。而且，作爲一個合格的超市服務員，不能只是呆呆地站着，還必須適當的補貨。貨架上的貨物被顧客買走了，貨架就有空位置了，這是，我們就得從倉庫把同樣的產品拿來補到原來的位子上去。如果超市的顧客很多的話，不能只顧着補貨，要看着點的，防止小偷的偷竊行爲。當然，不是每時每刻都有貨上的。有時，貨架上的貨物都補齊了，人就比較閒，但是這個閒不能表現出來，必須找別的事情做的。超市是不允許養一個懶惰的員工的。所以，這個時候還得負責所在位置的清潔工作，要貨架與食物看起來時刻都那麼地光鮮亮麗，這樣客人才有購買慾。除此之外，員工還必須掌握所負責區域的相關知識。比如我負責的是巧克力區，那麼我就必須掌握巧克力的相關知識，包括熱量，價格，味道等等。顧客就是上帝，當顧客問到相關問題時，我們就能答得上話，盡忠盡職了。

作爲一個大學生，通過寒假打工我認識到這是其參加社會實踐活動的形式之一，也是勤工儉學的有效途徑;大學生打工是發展教育的需要，也是學生自身發展的需要的;而且大學生打工也可以增強自身競爭力。從學校教育的角度來看，大學生打工，可以在一定程度上彌補我國現行大學教育體系中書本知識與社會實踐嚴重脫節的缺陷，提高大學生的社會實踐能力，增加大學生的社會經驗，訓練大學生的實際社交能力和自我保護能力。
