(Opening Expressions)

1. I feel very worried as I have not heard from you for a long time.

2. It is my honor to receive your kind letter.

(Common Acronyms ine-mails)

AFAIK (As far as I know) 據我說知

ASAP (as soon as possible) 儘快

BTW (by the way) 順便問一下

BFN (bye for now) 再見

CU (see you ) 再會

CUL (see you latter)

FAQfrequent asked question)

FYI(for your information)

GA(go ahead)

HTH (hope this help) 希望這能幫上忙 IMO (in my opinion) 依我看來

IOW (in other word) 換句話說 JAM (just a moment) 等會兒

O (ocer) 完畢

OTOH (on the other hand)

POC (piece of cake )

POV (point of view)

TKS ;TNX (thanks)

WRT (with regards to ) 關於。。。。。。

(Letter Making a Complant)
