一、教學重點:
let’s learn部分的單詞:tomato,tofu,green beans,fish,potato,eggplant,cabbage,mutton,pork。
在情景中使用對話中的句子,並能恰當的替換句中的單詞。
聽、說、讀、寫單詞:tomato,tofu,green beans,fish,potato,eggplant。
二、教學難點:
詞彙量較大,有些單詞不易掌握:tomato和potato易混淆;eggplant較長;cabbage的發音較難;pork 和mutton的意思容易混;tofu的.發音容易被中文干擾。
課前準備:
教學過程中所需的圖片(let’s start)、錄音(let’s learn, Let’s chant)、課件、動畫素材,以及上課時的九張單詞圖片和卡片。
教師準備相關媒體的播放設備,如錄音機、投影儀、幻燈片等。
三、教學過程:
Warm up ( 熱身)
教師播放四年級上冊第五單元Let’s sing部分歌曲和四年級下冊第六單元P73兒歌,學生說唱,複習有關食物單詞。
教師播放教材P26 Let’s chant中的兒歌,學生欣賞,幫助學生複習What would you like for lunch?I’d like…的問答。
四、Review (複習)
請學生說出學過的有關食物的單詞(Say some words about food)。
提問:What would you like for lunch? 引導學生用I’d like…回答。當學生的回答中涉及到單詞pork,fish,tomato,potato時,教師要適時拿出卡片,帶領學生拼讀。
五、Presentation (新課呈現)
(1)
教師播放let’s learn部分錄音,學生聽兩遍。教師提問:What would Mike like for lunch?引導學生回答:tomatoes and mutton。出示圖片mutton,學生重複讀音,教師解釋pork是豬肉,mutton是羊肉。
引導學生用What would you like for lunch?提問,教師分別用I’d like some cabbage.
I’d like some green beans. I’d like some eggplant. I’d like some tofu.回答,並適時舉起圖片,讓學生跟錄音重複單詞:cabbage,green beans,eggplant,tofu。教師要注意糾正cabbage和tofu的讀音。
認讀鞏固:教師出示單詞卡片:mutton,cabbage,green beans,eggplant,tofu,學生認讀。
教師播放let’s learn部分錄音,學生看書跟讀單詞和句子。

教師出示let’s start的圖片,用擬人的方式以食物的口吻說:Look,here’s some food. They are my friends. I am food, too. I’m yummy to eat. I’m red and round. I grow on the ground. My name begins with the letter as “tea”. What am I?
讓學生進行強答。教師再次出示卡片tomato,引導學生拼讀記憶;然後出示卡片potato,讓學生比較兩個單詞的異同,對比速記。
4. Let’s play ( 趣味操練 )
Let’s chant
教師播放Let’s chant部分錄音2-3遍,學生以小組爲單位將食物單詞卡片按歌詞中的順序擺好,教師請幾個同學參與動畫資料的操作。
學生根據卡片提供的內容練習說唱兒歌。教師適當強調歌詞中or的發音和弱讀處理。
學生以小組爲單位表演兒歌。
Group work
教師請一個同學扮演客人,其他學生扮演餐廳服務員,學生齊問:What would you like for lunch?“客人”回答:I’d like… 其他學生根據聽到內容舉起相應卡片:…, please,誰的放應快,誰就是下一位客人。
學生閱讀Group work中的句子。
學生3-4人一組用卡片進行What would you like for lunch?I’d like…的問答練習。
Spelling game
教師出示單詞卡片:tomato,tofu,green beans,fish,potato,eggplant,學生拼讀。
教師適當講一些速記方法,如:tomato和potato兩個詞可以對比記憶;eggplant可以分爲egg和plant等等。
教師出示以上單詞圖片,學生以四人小組爲單位搶拼單詞,拼讀時小組成員可以提供幫助。

每個學生調查三名同學一日三餐相吃的食物:What would you like for breakfast/lunch/supper?並根據對方回答完成以下表格:

飲食誤區:
(1)新鮮蔬菜比冷凍蔬菜更有營養
經過科學試驗證明,新鮮蔬菜與冷凍蔬菜的營養價值是相等的,如果存在差異,只取決於烹調的方法和技藝。
(2)吃豆製品越多越好
營養學家認爲,黃豆中的蛋白質能阻礙人體對鐵元素的吸收。過量攝入黃豆蛋白質可抑制正常鐵吸收量的90%,從而出現缺鐵性貧血,表現出不同程度的疲倦、嗜睡等貧血症狀。所以,豆製品也不是多多益善,應以適量爲宜。
教案點評:
本課時let’s learn部分主要是通過情景對話讓學生學習單詞:tomato,tofu,green beans,fish,potato,eggplant,cabbage,mutton,pork。對話中的語句What would you like for lunch?I’d like…是學生在四年級上冊第五單元操練過的內容,教師可以充分利用這組問答引出新單詞。然後利用一些視聽資料、圖片、兒歌來鞏固所學單詞。最後通過Group work的活動讓學生能在情景中運用所學內容進行交際。
