Some sports are so interesting that people everywhere go in for them. Football, for example, has spread around the world. Swimming is popular in all countries near the sea or in those with many rivers. Some sports or games go back thousands of years, like running or jumping. Chinese wushu, for example, has a very long history. But basketball and volleyball are rather new. People are inventing new sports or games all the time. Water skiing is one of the newest in the family of sports.

People from different countries may not be able to understand each other, but after a game together they often become good friends. Sports help to train a person's character. One learns to fight hard but fight fair, to win without pride and to lose with grace.

human world,what should you do? If you want to know the answer,please listen to me carefully!

The first rule is the most important need have enough confidence and courage to complete your survival calm and hopeful in your importantly,you need to develop a kind of ability that perception of the surrounding ability can help you powerfully to find precious food and drinking water,and avoid those dangerous 's more,you should know clear what you need and how to get it,such as searching materials to build a camp,seeking help and ma-ki-ng plans to save energy.

Meanwhile,the importance of second rule must not be e is no doubt that exercising a few necessary skills can produce huge benefits in your survival efore,it is strongly recommened that you should have a flexible body to support your daily action,such as escape hurt from branches and rock even the attack from snakes,across woods or bushes safely and over swift rivers or addition,you need to learn climb trees,rock climbing,fishing.

But we couldn’t deny the fact that it’s essential to have a healthy body. And of course only sports can achieve it.

To begin with, It goes without saying that taking exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Secondly, Sports can also help us relax after a period of exhausting work. Last but not least,sports can make us healthy both physically and psychological. Therefore, more and more people spend more time doing sports.
