我校承擔《義務教育均衡發展背景下生態課堂縣域推進策略研究》課題下的子課題生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究,爲我校提升辦學水平,提高教育質量,創新生態課堂下的教學提供了研究舞臺,也爲我校發展帶來新的機遇。 語文新課標中明確指出:口語交際能力是現代公民的必備能力,應培養學生傾聽、表達和應對的能力,是學生具有文明和諧地進行人際交流的素養。這爲我們國小語文口語教學提出了明確的教學要求和培養目標。新課改實施以來,國小語文口語交際教學的發展狀況不容樂觀,普遍存在着教學內容的空洞無物,教學形式零散無序,教學手段單調古板等諸多問題。我校針對口語交際教學中存在的問題,結合我校實際情況認真開展生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究的工作。現就關於我校開展生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究情況彙報如下:

一、生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究實施情況。

(一)、加強課堂研究領導,建立健全課題研究組織機構。教管中心領導高度重視我校生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究工作,滕鵬飛主任擔任該課題研究的負責人,學校教務主任、教科室主任、語文教研組長和全體語文教師爲參研人員,組建了一支龐大的研究隊伍,這對我校開展課題研究提供了有力組織保障和人力保障。

(二)、收集、調研、查找以前口語交際教學中存在的問題,找準突破口。 通過調研我們發現以前口語交際教學中存在以下問題:

1、學校教學未能給培養學生口語交際能力提供足夠的指導。

①應試教育的指揮棒使口語交際能力的培養流於形式,口語交際課沒有被更多的語文教師所認同和重視;

②口語交際課教學缺乏足夠的實踐經驗,對口語交際課的評價也缺乏一個統一的標準;

③課堂上太注重於知識的系統傳授,口語交際的訓練沒有充足的時間保證;

④學生的校園生活單調,彼此的協作交際活動很少,學生之間缺乏語言的溝通。

2、家庭未能給培養學生口語交際能力提供合適的環境

①大部分學生的父母外出打工,留守家庭中,委託監護人或爲隔代監護或爲其他親戚,只注意管孩子吃和穿,往往忽略與孩子溝通,學生的口語交際能力未能受到積極的影響;

②不少家庭父母或其他家庭成員工作任務重,家務繁雜,無暇與孩子交流,不能對孩子口語交際能力提供足夠的幫助;

③一大部分家庭對發展學生口語交際能力缺乏正確的認識,不少學生家長心目中,只有學生學習成績是衡量孩子的唯一標尺;

④家庭成員之間存在隔閡,家庭氣氛不夠和諧,彼此之間缺乏交流溝通,這些因素都不能給學生提供有利的口語交際環境,還有不少家庭經常發生爭吵,使用侮辱性語言,更阻礙了學生口語交際能力的健康發展。所,人與人之間的交往較少;

3、社會對培養學生口語交際能力的侷限。

①學生的社會生活面狹隘,社會活動過少,缺少足夠的實踐交流機會;

②缺少公共活動場所,人與人之間的交往較少;

③社會各層面不文明語言的負面影響也影響了學生口語交際能力的發展。

如何開展生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學?我校認爲,必須充分依賴學校這一主陣地,克服來自各方面的不利因素,充分利用現有的生態課堂背景下口語交際教學手段,創造更多的生態口語交際環境,讓學生敢說、會說、樂說。

(三)、制定生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究的工作措施。

1、做到四個必須,學校主要領導必須高度重視,各級幹部必須全程參與研究活動,每次活動必須有方案、記錄、總結、圖片等資料,該項工作必須納入教師積分考覈管理。

2、要求主研和參研教師,加強口語交際教學方面的業務知識學習,做好學習筆記,每月作爲常規工作的一項檢查內容。

3、教研組在安排常規教研活動時,要以生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究爲主要教研內容。

4、圍繞研究主題開展多種多樣的活動。

①每月召開一次專題教師培訓會。

②兩週一次語文常規教研活動,活動主題爲生態課堂背景下口語交際。

③每期學校組織召開一次學生家長會,每半期班級組織一次學生家長培訓會。通過家長會,交給家長與學生進行口語交際的方法,提高學生家長對培養學生口語交際能力的重視。

④每期組織一次學生演講比賽,每週一次學生幹部國旗下講話,每天讓一個學生利用預備10分鐘講一個小故事。通過這些活動,給學生提供口語交際的機會,展示口語交際的能力,爭強學生口語表達的慾望,爲我校進行有效的生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究提供多方面的保障。

5、做好研究的階段性工作小結。一週一次主研教師工作小結,兩週一次參研教師研討,半期一次經驗文章撰寫,一期一次工作小結,一年一次全鄉經驗交流。

6、實行先試點,然後以點帶面,再全面推廣的工作方略。我校現在已確立了兩個實驗班級,在一個學期內,以這兩個實驗班級研究出我校生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學的初步方案,然後先在我校全面實施,一年後在全鄉推廣。

7、增大資金投入。對主研和參研教師給予更多的培訓考察學習機會。我校還實行教師先買後報業務書籍的學習制度,就是教師可以自由購買相應的業務書籍,看完後,憑學習筆記和心得體會到學校報銷。

二、初步取得的成果

1、在口語交際中,學生知道了,既要注意口頭語言的表達,又要有良好體態語言的配合,這樣可以增強表達效果,逐步養成良好的口語交際習慣。

2、教師在教學反思中歸納總結研究成果,成就教育人生。朱永新說過,教育的偉大使命是讓人們從無知走向睿智,從幼稚走向成熟,教育的最高境界是形成自我教育的人格。這不僅僅是對受教育者作出的判斷,也是對教育者本人提出的要求。教師必須時刻警醒自己、超越自我,使自己的思考更縝密,心境更恢弘,人格更健全,方法更成熟。

3、我校提出入境界,進角色,動真心,吐真情生態課堂背景下口語交際要求,初步取得了一定的成效。學生的`語言文字朗讀訓練是在教師指導下進行的,體現在對範文語言的感知、領悟、積累、運用的過程,通過將文字化爲有聲語言,從而使兒童受到感染、薰陶並領悟,進而達到積累語言的目的,有了豐富的語言,學生才能真情實意地表達自己的感情和觀點。

4、開闢第二課堂優化作文教學的研究,有力地推動了生態課堂背景下口語交際教學效果。在作文教學實踐中,我們發現作文教學常常封閉於課堂之中,作文訓練只限於課程表中安排的課時,許多國小生的作文往往無話可說,無事可敘,無情可抒。儘管教師在指導時從審題立意、佈局謀篇到遣詞造句講得頭頭是道,但學生還是寫得空洞單調,乾巴乏味。爲了改變學生缺乏生活、閉門造車這種對作文的畏難情緒及現狀,激發學生作文興趣,提高作文教學效率,我們結合本校實際,開展了開闢第二課堂、優化作文教學研究。語文學科最根本的一個特性,便是言語交際性,說與寫是隨着交際的產生而產生,並服務於日常交際,語文教學在國小學科中最具有廣延性,凡說話、聽話、閱讀、寫作都可視爲課堂教學的延伸,而這種語言學科的廣延性也召喚作文教學需要改革、實驗,在語言表達環境中優化說、寫。我校開闢第二課堂,引發作文動機,以表達爲主線,圍繞言之有物,言之有序,言之有情這三項最重要的語言表達要求,安排三階段訓練序列:

①低年級爲說話寫話階段,重點抓好句子訓練。

②中年級爲段的訓練階段。

③高年級爲篇章訓練階段。在生態課堂背景下的口語交際教學,我校注重了學生的溝通生活渠道,開發口語交際源頭,加強讀書指導,欣賞優秀文章,促進讀寫說的結合,激發學生寫作興趣和口語交際的慾望。

三、存在的問題

我校開展生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究已經有一年的時間,但仍然有許多問題影響我校的課堂研究,主要有:

1、學生閱讀面狹隘,知識不夠豐富,語言積累不夠。

2、少數教師還是受到兩率一分的影響,不能放手讓學生去大膽嘗試,總是當心失敗。

3、父母不在家,留守兒童缺乏父母的關愛,兒童心理的健康問題成爲教育的一大障礙。

4、一部分家長陳舊的教育理念桎梏了教育的發展,家庭不能很好的配合學校開展相應的活動。

總之,生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學營造的是一種平等和諧的氛圍,給學生提供一種自由學習、師生合作、生生合作的情境,鼓勵學生大膽與人交流。從範圍來說,是全員;從時間來說,是全程;從形式上說,是聽、想、說多樣。學會把話說得更清楚,更明白,更得體,學生在課堂的表達是最重要的,教師要做好引導,糾正、鼓勵工作。雖然我校生態課堂背景下國小語文口語交際教學研究取得了一定的成績,但離要求還有很大的距離,研究工作任重道遠,還需要上級主管部門多給我們提出工作意見,還需要兄弟學校多提建議。在未來的工作中,我校全體教師將實事求是地開展課堂研究,腳踏實地地認真工作,爭取早日完成研究任務。

Everyone here,i think,can never forget the day of last ,today is the 7th of June,the college entrance exam for all the Chinese yone around us all told us that today and tomorrow,maybe,were the most significant days throughout our 18 years.

I still remember the day before that important day,i stayed in an hotel with my mother,i took a box of books and paper to review,but i didn’t take any pens with you know what,i was so nervous,i doubt whether i have some friends here,in the same hotel with i have no time to find them,so i rushed to the street,this street was really new to me,i had never been r a period of time,i finally found a shop and bought some pens with i ran,on the road,it was rainy glasses was covered with i was running,running,in the rain. When i got to the hotel,i took a bath,and then i started to go over my i just could not remember anything,i asked my mother if i had caught a was worried about me and calm me down,she told me that i should stop reading my books,i should go to bed at first and took a good then she came out. After maybe an hour,my mother came back with a bag of tablets in her hand.I eventually figured it out that she was wandering in the street,a new place for her,too,asked many people to find a chemist’s she thanked everyone who gave her advice and finally she came to a chemist’s shop and get me those tablets to make me feel better.I cannot help to cry that moment,but i cried without my mother,i don’t know why,maybe many Chinese children cannot express their emotions freely in front of their are always pretending to be strong enough to overcome all the troubles in our life, isn’t it?I think you guys here have your own special,terrific,wonderful memory about that day in our life,about that period of time we spent with our dear friends who was separated from us by the exam,we really had a beautiful,refreshing time with them,right?We have cried heavily with those guys,we have laughed as no one was looking us in strange ways with those guys,we have suffered a lot with them,we have talked with them about everything in our life no matter it was happy or disappointed,cuz we knew that they understood don’t need to make efforts to make us understood if we were talking with have shared our happiness and sorrows with them,we have overcame many difficulties with them,we really,really had a good time with somebody ask me what makes you impressed the most of your life in high school which consisted of girls only,i will answer he immediately:The lovely girls,and the wonderful days i have spent with e people and those days will stay in my mind and exist in my heart for matter where i am,no matter what i am doing,i will never forget them and the days i spent with a gang of lovely when the time gets hard with no one left to hide,just wanna drop down and you came and changed my life,share happiness and sorrows with me,being the guardian angel of it rain,and i ain’t scared no more.I know i got you by my ty ry lasts us bring our memories with us and move on,don’t stop!
