My Chinese Dream

I am very glad to stand here to give thier a short y my topic is that the youth are the future of motherland

很高興站在這裏做這篇短小的演講，我演講的主題是青年是祖國的未來。

When preparing for the English speech contest, I simply want to search some articles as the contents of my speech. I read a lot of articles, some from the university professor, some from the famous host, some from the college students, and even from junior high school students. But after reading it, I gave up the idea, I even felt shameful. Today,the topic I want to talk about is a solemn and serious theme full of glory and pride, which is a common aspiration of all our Chinese. Every Chinese has his own dream of China, and of course, there is a dream lingering in my heart only belongs to my own.

在準備英語演講比賽的時候，我本想簡單地從網上搜索一些文章作爲我演講的內容。我看過很多文章，有著名主持人的、北大教授的、大學生的，也有國中生的。但是看完之後，我放棄了當初的想法，我甚至爲當初的想法感到有一些羞愧。因爲今天我站在這裏向大家演講的主題，是一個莊重而嚴肅的主題;是一個充滿榮耀與自豪的主題;是每一箇中華兒女共同期盼的主題。每個人都有屬於他們自己的中國夢，而我，當然也有一直縈繞在心懷只屬於我的中國夢。

So what’s my Chinese dream ? Finally I will announce.

We had learned a lot of knowledge and understood a lot of truth in the book. We had a basic concept to our country at that time. We know that our country is full of sunshine , and we are the future of our country, and our dreams are to be the hope of our motherland.

我的中國夢是什麼樣的?先賣個關子。

記得剛剛上學那會兒，我們天真無邪。在課本里，我們學到了很多很多知識，也明白了很多很多道理，我們對祖國也有了一個最基本的概念。我們知道我們的祖國到處充滿陽光，正在慢慢發展，而我們，就是祖國未來的花朵，未來的希望。我們夢想將來能夠成爲祖國的希望。

However,We don't know what time to start,We are grow up,Life became not the same, though we don’t want to admit, it’s the truth that our mind and attitude to our country is changing. Our society became full of deception, indifference, intrigue, pressure, corruption, sinister, and we became irritable and not calm, detest the world and its ways. Our country seems to have become in a disastrous state too. A lot of young students who were nurtured by our motherland became impatient, let alone what are their dreams , what is the china dream ?

這，是我們最初的中國夢。最真誠的我們，最真誠的夢。

但是，不知道什麼時候開始，我們長大了，生活似乎一下子變得和以前不太一樣了，與此同時，雖然我們很不想承認但是卻又不得不承認的是，我們的思想，我們的爲人處世觀，我們對我們祖國的看法，也潛移默化中慢慢開始了轉變。我們的社會變得到處充滿欺騙、冷漠、勾心鬥角、壓力、腐敗、險惡，我們變得暴躁，不冷靜，憤世嫉俗。我們的國家，似乎也開始變得千瘡百孔。而好多我們親愛的祖國委以重任培養的青年學生們變得輕浮、急躁，更別提什麼夢想，什麼中國夢了?

I was surprised ,when the old man fell down in the street,We are afraid to help him.I was disappointed ,when someone do good things were reported,many people think he was affectation, I was sad,when I saw many of young people become indifferent ,fraud and lack of ideal.

Are we sick, or is our dear motherland sick?

我很驚訝，當大街上有老人摔倒，我們不敢再去扶起;我很難過，當有人做了好事被報道，更多的人說他做作;我很傷心，當我看到我們衆多的青年人變得冷漠、市儈、欺詐以及缺乏理想。

到底是我們病了，還是我們親愛的祖國病了?

I don't want to talk about the construction of our country politics, and also speak impassioned speech on the Diaoyu Island event .I just want to appeal young people,showing the side of youth,good and must learn to organize our own thoughts, correct our own concept, and change our direction to the right side in future life. China dream actually lies in our young generation, especially of the intellectuals.

我的中國夢，不想大談政治，也不想對釣魚島事件發表慷慨激昂的演講。我只想呼籲，呼籲我們年輕人，呼籲我們祖國的希望能夠將我們的青春一面，將我們的善良一面，將我們的自信一面好好展現出來。我們要學會整理自己的思想，端正自己看問題的觀念，擺正自己的人生方向。我們的中國夢實際上正掌握在我們自己手上，掌握在我們年青一代，尤其是知識分子手上。

Perhaps the strength of a person is small, but when his or her fate is connected with the motherland, he or she will be hero or heroine. Perhaps a dream is tiny, but when it becomes the dream of a country, it becomes inestimable. Perhaps I cannot change our country by my own, but if thousands and thousands of young people struggle for the dream together, our motherland is enough to make the world shock.

也許，一個人，是渺小的;但是當他和祖國聯繫起來時，就是偉大的。也許，一個夢想，是渺小的，但是當它成爲祖國的夢想時，就是不可估量的。也許，我無法用自己一個人的力量撬起整個中國，但是我們千千萬萬年輕人一起爲祖國的夢想去奮鬥時，我們的祖國就足以令世界顫抖、動容。

I dream to construct our beauty China with millions of young people who have the same dream. We do it without exaggeration but only with persistence.

我夢想和萬千具有相同夢想的年輕人去建設我們的美麗中國，沒有虛浮，只有執着，只有奮鬥，只有勇於擔當。這就是我的中國夢!

友誼Friendship

Every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. My friends will listen to me when I want to speak, will wipe my eyes when I cry, will take care of me when I am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.

我們每個人,不論富裕還是貧窮,至少應該有一個或兩個好朋友。我的朋友會聽我說,如果我想說話,要擦去我的眼睛當我哭泣,會照顧我在我生病時,我的朋友將與我一起肩並肩在這人生旅程。

Friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. It is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. It is also like a cup of tea. When we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.

As we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. But it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. There is a famous motto saying that “A friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” It is really true. We have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. When we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.

Ladies and Gentlemen , Good afternoon! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.

First I want to ask you some questions:

Youth

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life h means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often existsin a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul y , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

歲月只能使皮膚起皺。而一旦喪失生活的激情，則連靈魂枯老，使人生枯如死水，毫無活力。

60歲長者也好，16歲少年也罷，每個人的內心深處都渴望奇蹟，都如孩子一般眨着期待的雙眼，期待着下一次，期待着生活的情趣，你我靈魂深處都有一座無線電中轉站------只有你我年輕，則總能聽到希望的呼喚，總能發出喜悅的歡呼，總能傳達勇氣的訊號，總能表現出青春的活力………

一旦青春的天線倒下，你的靈魂即爲玩世不恭之雪、悲觀厭世之冰覆蓋;即使你年方20.其實你已垂垂老也。而只要你青春的天線高高聳起，就可以隨時接收到樂觀的電波-----即使你年過八旬，行將就木，而你卻仍然擁有青春，你仍然年輕。
