我的孩子是xx-xx級普通班的學生。大家都知道，興趣是最好的老師。老師對學生說的話，學生會記憶深刻，也許您的一句話會影響到他的一生。
我的孩子剛進學校的時候，討厭上數學課，他們的班主任是個好老師。她每看到孩子的微小進步，都給予適當的鼓勵，讓孩子對數學產生了興趣，現在成績比以前好多了。但是開了物理課後，他學不起走了，上期才考50多分，我努力的鼓勵他，告訴他努力至少有50%成功的機會，不努力就會是100%的失敗，在假期中給他請了家教老師補習。慢慢的他對物理產生了興趣。
開學後，有一天他高興的回來說他的物理考了70分，我對他說：“不錯，不錯”，他說：“好鬱悶，老師不相信我會及格”。我說你頭期那麼差，當然老師要懷疑你呀，下單元你在努力，老師會相信的。不久，又考物理了，他回來說考了80，他叫我猜老師怎麼說的，我說：老師說你有進步，繼續努力哈。他說，你把所有的老師都想成何老師了哦。老師說：成績有假，我們班不可能考到的，還說下星期要重考。晚上我悄悄到他的房間看他，他還真是在複習物理。
又過了幾天，他回來說：媽媽，我討厭物理課，討厭物理老師。我問他爲什麼?他說老師昨天把成績沒有及格的學生留下來了，沒有我。我今天去辦公室問老師我多少分，老師說：你可能就是40多，50多哈。我說昨天留的同學中沒有我哈。老師說我是漏網之魚。我轉身就走了，但我知道我不可能考那麼差的。我在怎麼努力，都沒有人會相信我。
孩子的話，讓我茫然。我想問老師，你真的看他的成績了嗎?爲什麼對學生的一個鼓勵你都那麼吝惜啊!爲什麼總是打擊他的積極性呢?也許他真的沒有您想的那麼差啊!對您來說，他也就是您衆多學生中很普通的一個。對我來說，他是我今生唯一的一個。別吝惜您的鼓勵，別吝惜您的表揚，好嗎?
