1.在高三一定要堅持不懈，堅持到底，永不放棄。
多一份堅持就多了一份勇氣，多一份堅持就多了一份希望，當你在痛苦中徘徊、猶疑時，請相信，你的對手也在接受同樣的挑戰，誰能堅持到底，誰便是最後的勝者，誰不放棄希望，誰就能笑到最後。
2.抓住時間便抓住了一切，失去了時間，也就失去了一切，合理的使用時間安排好自己應該做的每一件事情。
3.樂觀、平和的心態，用一顆平常的心來感悟高三，用樂觀來面對生活。
心態決定一切。越到後面，越是考心態。不要爲某次的考試患得患失，往前看，每次考試就是檢查自己的複習程度，有好也有不好的，把好的繼續做得更好，把不好給與改正。成績的起伏，正是我們積極複習的結果。只有正確對待自己的成績，正視自己的成績，高三的路越走越寬。

過去，學生被動接受班主任的教育和管理，這是一種單向的管理思想和模式，現在的學生民主意識越來越濃，要求參政議政的願望越來越強。因此，班級管理應當徵求學生的意見，接受學生的監督，班主任向學生述職，更能體現對學生的尊重和重視，更能有利於學生和班集體的發展。

現代管理理論告訴我們，最好的管理是學生的自我管理和自主發展。班主任向學生彙報自己的管理思想和方法，是對學生的一種管理教育，可以引發學生對班級管理的興趣，激發學生參與班級管理的熱情，培養學生的管理能力，還可以讓學生明白要在班級裏盡到自己的責任，爲班級工作貢獻力量。
3.能促進班主任的專業化發展
