端午節週記(一)

Today is Dragon Boat Festival. Our family gets up at five o'clock and goes to the mountains to go to the dew. Along the way, I used my hands to pick up crystal dew and put it on my eyes. 吃完飯,媽媽給我耳朵上抹了雄黃酒,給我嘴上摸了脣膏,給我手腕上戴了紅線繩,把我打扮得和糉子一樣香,就讓我到學校去學習。

媽媽看看不像樣子的糉子拿過棕葉教起我來:“包糉子首先要有耐心不能急,把葉片上下疊好,注意別拿反了,把糉子葉靠近葉尖的那一半折成三角鬥裝,手心向上用拇指壓住折過來的葉尖部分,其餘四指在葉子下面拖住,先放一顆豆沙把尖部堵嚴,再放入糯米蓋住豆沙,然後放入豬肉、蓮子、蝦仁、蘑菇、鹹蛋黃,再把棕葉長出來的部分折回來蓋住包嚴,在拿繩子捆好紮緊,最後把多餘的線剪掉。”

我聽了心想小小的糉子還有那麼多學問,還是乖乖學吧!我把兩個差不多大的糉葉按順序疊好,做成了漏斗狀,先放了一塊豆沙再放入糯米,然後放入食材,三繞四卷,哈哈!一位“大將軍”出現了,給他繫上“腰帶”他更神氣了!

中午,吃着自己包的糉子,心裏美滋滋的,真實又香又甜啊!
