Senior middle school students were heavily burdened with all kinds of homework. In the past， they spent about 6.5 hours in their classroom a day. Now the things are getting better. About five hours are spent in class and the time for homework had been reduced two hours. So that they have eight hours＇ sleep and also two more hours to do whatever they like.

Unlike some parents who are strict to their kids, they will be very angry and said the hurting words, making the children feel sad. I had a wonderful holiday at spring festival.I went to the park with my met at eight o'clock at the school went to the park by was a beautiful sat under a big tree and chated with each took about some movies and some fun had lunch ate hamburgers and some drinks,but I know they are not healthy and not good for we played some games.

A nice cool shower first thing in the morning wakes me up completely and leaves me refreshed. Before taking the shower, I am usually so sleepy that I can hardly open my eyes. As soon as I splash cold water over my face and body, I wake up with a pleasurable sensation.

Then, as I stand there under the gushing showerhead, feeling the coolness of water over my body and listening to the sound of water gurgling down the drain, I feel totally refreshed and relaxed. I enjoy taking morning showers. It is the best way I know to get the day off to a good start.

the modern pace of life is just too fast. everyday as you open your eyes in the morning, you have to move fast or you wont get things done on time. you have no time to enjoy breakfast; you have to run in order to catch a bus; you have to shout and yell to get other people moved; you have to be nervous all day long. since what time we human become such miserable creatures? its because of money, which can buy almost every thing in the such a powerful stimulus, we people act like drug addicts and become oblivious to the true meaning of life.
