暑假裏，我到青少年宮參加了英語的學習班，學英語。

一個暑假下來，我學會了全部的26個英語字母和幾十個單詞。在學英語期間，老師還讓我們做各種各樣的英語遊戲，比如把橡皮或鉛筆放在背後，讓我們用英語來猜。每次上完課回到家，我都把新學會的英語字母和單詞說給家長聽。有一次的回家作業是讓我們考考家長的記憶力。老師讓我們給家長出兩道題，題前面是幾個動物，後面要家長說出1、2、3、4和A、B、C、D的英語。第一題是：狗—one；貓—two；豬—three；鴨—four。我先讓爸爸媽媽看一遍，然後我就給他們猜，我說“貓”他們說了“two”，“鴨”，他們說了“four”的英語，“狗”，他們就說“one”，我又問“狗”，他們又說了“one”，我哈哈大笑。爸爸媽媽問：“你笑什麼啊？”“我笑你們，因爲你們變成了狗。”他們這才反應過來，原來“1”的'英語是“one”，跟狗叫的“汪汪汪”差不多。我又叫他們看第二題豬—A；貓—B；鴨—C；狗—D。我說“狗”，他們說“D”“貓”他們說“B”“鴨”，他們說“C”，“豬”，他們說A”。我又笑了起來“你們現在又成豬了”。爸爸媽媽這才恍然大悟，對呀，“A”讀起來很像“哎”。家裏充滿了歡快的笑聲。

學英語讓我學會了不少的英語知識，我可喜歡學英語了！

My College

When I was in high school, go to college ismy dream. Now I realize my dream. excited as I am, the first time I see mycollege.

My college is inside the biggest universityof Guangxi so that everytime I have to across a big campus to go out. At first Iam upset about that, but later on I get used to it. My college looksmodernization in general. When I arrive at the school gate, the first thing isthe boys’ dormitory and then is the playground. Look up! I see the canteen. I seethe girls’ dormitory turn left. But where is my classroom? I look around butcan’t find it. It turns out that it is separated by burrows. It’s strange,right? While I go across the burrow, I see another two big playgrounds and a tenniscourt at my left side. What is in my right side? Turn right, I see rows ofteaching building connecting with the library. This is mycollege. I like it notonly because of the evironment but also the people there.

Both the teachers and students there arevery nice. My roomates always help me in the daily life, the thing they usuallydo is wake me up in the morning. Other classmates always help me, when I meettrouble in study. My teachers are all kind and knowlegeable. Especially my headteacher, he talks with us and plays sports with us in order to make us get usedto the new life.

My college is wonderful. I love it. If youhave the opportunity, I hope you can pay a visit one day.

“叮咚，叮咚”門鈴響了，我去開門，只見是爺爺。他滿頭大汗，手裏捧着一本英語書，奶奶見了，嫌棄的說： “你這老頭，說要出去買東西，沒想到買來一本英語書……”還好有媽媽來解圍。要不然，一場口水大戰就要開始了。

爺爺走到我面前，用請求的語氣對我說：“孫女，你能不能教教我英語？”看着爺爺那忠誠的眼神，我無可奈何地對爺爺說：“好吧 ！讓我先考一考您的基本功吧！”我拿出一張英語四線紙，寫出前幾個英語字母，後面的請爺爺寫。爺爺看了看，胸有成竹的對我說：“孫女，你是不是小看我了？雖然我已經87歲了，但A B C D這些我都記得一清二楚，看我的吧！”果然，不到一會兒，爺爺就寫完了，他把那張紙交給我，我打眼一看，全錯！我失落地對爺爺說：“爺爺，看來你必須從基礎開始了！”我從倉庫裏拿出一個白板和一支記號筆。開始從“零”開始。

經過365天的努力，終於學成了。當我問起爺爺爲什麼要學英語時，爺爺一五一十地告訴了我 。原來，那天爺爺去買中午飯，一位老外問他銀行在哪兒，由於聽不懂英語，傷害了爺爺的自尊心。

怪不得爺爺要學英語呢！

My View on Helping Others in Need

In modern society we are often sorry to see that people are reluctant to help others out, not to mention helping a stranger; offering a helping hand seems to be out of accord with the times。

Then what’s wrong with our society? Some people may say that facing skyrocketing housing prices, expensive medical expenditure

and soaring commodity prices, they have no choice but to struggle to make a living, and thus it would be impossible to spare a hand to help others because it may bring them into trouble. Therefore, standing by indifferently is their only choice。

However, is it necessary to be selfish in order to survive, or in order to ensure that people do not take advantage of you? In my opinion, helping others brings a strong sense of accomplishment. What’s more, the evaluation criteria

for judging one individual’s success should be modified so that offering a helping hand to people in need is encouraged and welcomed in our society all the time。

Last winter holiday, I went to Harbin with my mother. It's very cold in winter.

There is snow and ice everywhere and you are always in a white world. You must wear warm clothes.

The most exciting thing is playing with snow. Skating is also very interesting there.

I will' always remember Harbin, for the snow, the ice and all the beautiful things. I love Harbin.
