Excessive Drinking and Health

Everybody knows drinking a little is good to health, but excessive drinking is bad. Those who drink too much may not live long. Excessive drinking may cause many diseases, such as high blood pressure and heart attack. Drinking too much can also result in a series of family problems and social problems, such as the break up of a family and social crimes. If everyone can keep control over drinking, we can enjoy a more peaceful social environment.

酗酒與健康

人人都知道，少量飲酒有利於健康，可過度飲酒對健康是百害而無一利的。那些飲酒過量的人一般都活不長。酗酒還可能引起許多疾病，如高血壓、心臟病等。酗酒還會產生一系列家庭和社會問題，如家庭破裂和社會犯罪等。如果大家都不再酗酒，那麼我們就會有一個更安寧的社會環境。

I have a small garden. It’s behind my building. There are some flowers in my garden. There are butterfly flower, rose, and a lot of wild flower. I often pick a lot of wild flower. Sometimes I catch butterflies and give my sister. In the morning, I often catch fireflies and dragonflies, and put them eat themosquito in my home.

I like my small garden. It’s an interesting garden.

Today is October 4th, It is my birthday. Today I so happy. Because I can wear my new T-shirt have a picnic in the forset. In forset, father open a big bos. "who is it?" asks father. "It is your favourite foot —— cake." "Oh,Thank you Dad." At six o'clock. Ieat dinner, Then I go home play computer games. At 12:00, I go to bed. Today, It's my happy day!

There is a boy who lives next to me, he is about five years older than me. Everybody speaks highly of him, I always hear his name from my grandma, she tells me that he is a good guy. Some day, when I walk home after school, I see this guy is helping an old man pick up the fruit on the ground. He is such kind that I understand why everybody likes him.

The Mid-Autumn Day

August 15th in Chinese Lunar Calendar is the Mid-Autumn Day. It is one of the most important traditional festivals in China.

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion . Each family will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

The moon is the brightest this night. People eat the delicious food while they are enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about the rabbit on the moon . The children really believe that there is a rabbit on the moon. They hope to go to the moon and have a look one day.
