Issue題庫在經過三次修訂之後，目前確定爲244個題目。這些題目涉及社會，文化，科技，歷史，政治，藝術，教育，法律，倫理等諸多方面。不同類型的題目有較大的差別，但是在同一類型的題目中卻包含了許多命題的方向非常接近的題目。

都是說競爭意識與合作意識對於社會或個人的'利弊。
再有第54題：History teaches us only one thing: knowing about the past cannot help people to make important decisions today.
第103題The study of history has value only to the extent that it is relevant to our daily lives.
第221題：The chief benefit of the study of history is to break down the illusion that people in one period of time are significantly different from people who lived at any other time in history.
都是討論研究歷史的價值。這些題目，本質上是一致的，考生完全可以用一篇文章來應對這一類題目。除去這些，題庫中的需要我們對付的也就是200道左右。考試中，會有兩題供考生選擇，因此，Issue練習的最佳數量應在100篇左右。理論上講，達到這種境界的考生，在考試中遇到自己練習過的題目的概率是100%，這對於獲得高分有至關重要的作用。
