GMAT考試結束後，考生可以根據自己在考試中的表現，選擇保留或取消本次考試成績，從而一定程度上避免因爲表現較差導致的低分被計入成績單中。但即使考試選擇了取消成績，成績單上仍會出現一個代表取消的“C”，對於追求完美的考生來說多少有些心裏不踏實的感覺，而本次改變後，此標示將被徹底刪除，以後也不會再顯示在成績單上，考生可以更加放心刷分，而不必擔心因此留下任何記錄。而之前考試成績單中的取消標示，也將被一併刪除。
