Currently，the frequent job-hopping of graduates has aroused wide concern among the public. Does anyone hold the same attitude toward this phenomenon? Definitely not. As to this issue, opinions vary from person to person.

Those who hold the opinion that job-hopping is beneficial to graduates claim that by doing so, the youngsters are more likely to (更有可能)have a better knowledge of （更瞭解）other fields and then to expand their horizons（開闊視野）. Moreover，changing jobs frequently offers workers a chance to move up to a better position（到更好的`工作崗位）. However, others take a totally different view that job-hopping is detrimental to one’s career development. For one thing, as the common saying goes,“a rolling stone gathers no moss.” （滾石不生苔）The more frequent you change your job, the less likely you are to be an expert in a particular area.（在某個特定的領域） Secondly, this behavior will leave on the employers an impression of （給僱主留下印象）instability and immaturity（不穩定和不成熟）. More often, the market served by small businesses is taken over by large stores and shops. Apparently, it is increasingly difficult for small businesses to succeed in the present complex economic structure based, as it is, on small profit margins and tremendous sales volume. Lack of enough fund and poor management may be the chief cause of this tragedy. In addition, the quality of their commodities often causes suspicion of the customers as many small businesses are found to sell fake products for more profit, thus earning themselves an evil reputation. As to shopping environment and convenient service, they are unmentionable. All of the above speed up their bankruptcy.

one evening, my mother called me into the kitchen when she was preparing supper. i saw blood dripping from her cut finger. i immediately bandaged her, and it was then that i noticed my mothers hands——the hands, which had brought up three children.

after mother finished her story, i had a mied feeling that i could hardly control my tears from falling. i hated the japanese invaders. i hated war. but on the other hand, i liked my mother all the more. i kissed her hands with u deep feeling.

A smile is the shortest distance between two people

Mark Twain once said, The human race has one really effective weapon, and that is laughter.A smile will unconsciously pull short distance between hearts, which is the charm of a smile. So never stop smiling, even when you are sad, for someone might fall in love with your smile.

Undoubtedly, it is smile that keeps us continually shortening the distance among people. When you fall down, a smile from others will bring you the power to stand up. Should College Students Hire Cleaners?

That some college students at a local university hired a cleaner to do laundiy and cleaning once a week has led to a heated debate. Some people advocate and support the practice. They mamtain that hiring cleaners to keep the dorms clean can help students save time, which they can spend on their studies.

Others, however, argue that hiring cleaners could help students save time and devote to their studies is merely a pretext* Typically, college education is not dominated by heavy loads of coursework and college students have ample time to manage their own afeirs apart &om studies. Usually, those students who claim they are too busy to clean their own dorms are most often found preoccupied with playing computer games or shopping. They refuse to do manual labor because they tend to regard themselves as elites once they succeed in entering a college.

Personally, I think college students shouldn't hire cleaners. In performing the cleaning himself/herselft a college student learns to share the responsibility for managing a public space of which one is a part. And by doing so, the student also shows respect for the common welfare of the entire dorm- Cleaning one's own dorm is a small but necessary process whereby one becomes a responsible person.
