A friend of mine was fond of drawing horse. He drew the horses very well,but he always began the tail. Now it is the Western rule to begin at the head of the horse, that is why I was surprised. It struck me that it could not really make any difference whether the artist begins at the head or the tail or the belly(肚子) or the foot of the horse, if he really knows his business. And most great artists who really know their business do not follow other people’s make their own rules. 一、到達考場時間和攜帶物品的.規定
考生應按照準考證上規定的具體時間，在考試開始前30分鐘抵達考場。考生須按本須知“身份證件規定”的要求攜帶身份證件、准考證、鉛筆、水筆、橡皮;允許考生攜帶一瓶透明的塑料瓶裝白水;禁止攜帶和使用塗改液和塗改帶;禁止攜帶手機等任何電子器件，如發現按爲違規處理。考試開始前及考試期間將對每個考生身份證件進行覈驗。考場桌面上禁止擺放除鉛筆、橡皮、准考證、身份證件和塑料瓶裝白水之外的任何物品(紙張、印刷品、食品飲料等)。

三、違規行爲的處罰
對於發生上述違規行爲的考生，劍橋大學外語考試部和教育部考試中心有權採取下列一種或多種處罰措施：
勒令離開考場。
扣留考試成績，進一步調查。
取消本次考試成績;並在相關政府機構、企業、學校、團體查詢時告知。
對於受上述處罰的考生，不退還考費或改期安排考試，一切後果責任自負。
四、答題數據異常情況的處理
劍橋大學外語考試部在閱卷時，如發現：
答題數據異常並判定有違規行爲的，將不出具成績，不退還考費
