月餅是久負盛名的中國傳統小吃之一，中秋節節日食俗。月餅圓又圓，又是閤家分吃，象徵着團圓和睦。古代月餅被作爲祭品於中秋節所食。據說中秋節吃月餅的習俗始於唐朝。北宋之時在宮廷內流行，後流傳到民間，當時俗稱“小餅”和“月團”。發展至明朝則成爲全民共同買過的飲食習俗。月餅與各地飲食習俗相融合，又發展出廣式、京式、蘇式、潮式，滇式等月餅，被中國南北各地的人們所喜愛。
蘇式月餅 Jiangsu style mooncake
1. 鴨肉月餅 duck mooncake (不常見，但我們公司樓下有個鴨王烤鴨)

“鮮”英語怎麼說?
英語沒有一個特定的形容詞，形容“鮮”這個口味，只能說：
flavorful
tasty
umami (這是最近美國吃貨流行的詞，從日語翻譯過來的，“鮮”的意思)
