However, cell phones can also bring people problems. the most serious （嚴重的）is the electric（電的） wave（波） radiation （輻射）which is thought to be harmful （有害的）to users' brains（大腦. another problem is that when people are having a meeting or having a class or at a concert , the ring（鈴聲） of the cell phone may interrupt（打擾） others. so i think people should use cellphones as little as possible and turn them off when they are attending（出席） important meetings or attending classes.
