We have 3 rounds in this final is an elimination winner of each round can keep on competing in the next round. Junior and senior students will be separated to compete.
Round 1, 12 competitors from both junior and senior departments will take your own turn to make a speech and then answer the questions that the judges ors,each of you has 2 minutes to make the seniors,you have 3 minutes and one minute to answer the this round, 2 students will be eliminated and the rest 10 students will go into next round.
Round 2, competitors will be divided into 5 groups by drawing lots,then take the group will have two minutes to complete the conversation or judges will mark according to the behavior of this round, four competitors will be eliminated and 6 students will go into next round.

這裏是【2009年中央電視臺 “希望之星”英語風采大賽河南賽區省決賽】的比賽現場,歡迎大家的到來.我是主持人祁永慶(王瑛)。
首先，請大家掌聲歡迎今天的到場嘉賓，他們是：【......】
同時，很高興爲大家介紹擔任本場晚會的評委老師，他們是：【......】
本次比賽是由中央電視臺主辦,河南洛陽海外聯誼服務中心承辦的。那在比賽開始之前,先讓我們一起了解一下本次比賽的規則和評分標準。
本次大賽分爲三個環節，今天將要進行的是第一環節即興回答，和第二環節才藝表演，這兩部分的比賽。明天上午進行第三環節，命題演講。那選手的'排名是按照這兩天，三個環節所得分數相加，得出最後的總分來排序的。在最後，我們將在明天下午4點半進行最終的頒獎典禮。
首先選手請按照抽到的序號，提前做好準備，依次登臺。分別進行即興回答和才藝展示。這兩個環節都是限時1分半，也就是90秒，超時會由主持人打斷。我們現場只能爲選手提供一個麥克，在才藝展示的時候如果選手需要準備道具的話，我們會給出20秒的時間讓你準備。但是如果準備時間超時的話就會按違規棄權處理。所以請選手把握好時間!同時還要提醒選手下臺後別忘了保存好自己的號碼牌，明天將不再抽號，而且選手必須憑藉號碼牌和參賽證才能參加第二天的比賽。
在選手兩個環節都結束後，評委進行打分，我們會去掉一個最高分，和一個最低分，剩下的分數相加，就是這位選手的最終得分。同時爲了以示公正，前三位選手的得分情況我們會在第四位選手結束後公佈，第四位選手的成績將在第五位選手結束後公佈，以此類推。 同時現場的觀衆朋友們，也請您尊重我們的比賽，不要給選手任何提示，並把手機調至靜音狀態。
