Nowadays,I discover that more and more students aren't willing to take part in the physical exercise.

Some students spend all of their time on study,but a few of people are willing to spend some spare time going think that taking activities is a waste of yone hope that they can spend more time studying,instead of exercise.

But I disagree with the ideas.I think we should make effort to keep cising is a good way to achieve the are we healthy,we will study we should do more exercise.

Like me,I often take the exercise.I like use running can help people lose weight.I believe that exercise can bring a wonderful tomorrow to us!

As far as my ideal job is concerned, I think I want to be a psychologist, I have made up my mind to do what I really want to so that I can realize my ideal, I believe interest is of the utmost importance in choosing a job, I have been interested in psychology for a long time, so I want to be a psychologist in the future, I think being a psychologist can help lots of people lead a happier life.

Weekends to people mean that people can have two days' rest。 They can go out or get together at home。

Everybody spends weekends in his own way。 Some people relax themselves by listening to music， reading in libraries or doing sports outdoors。 In a word， different people have different relaxations。

I often spend weekends with my family。 Sometimes my parents take me to visit our relatives。 Sometimes we go swimming or go dancing and sometimes I go to read some instructive books。 I often enjoy myself at weekends。
