立意不鮮明

經常看見孩子邊寫邊數“一、二、三……”湊字數現象普遍，或者經常問老師：“寫不出來，我能瞎編嗎？”有些孩子極度缺乏生活常識或生活經歷、也沒經典閱讀文學的滋養，造成“下筆無言”，或者寫的東西單純爲了搞怪、好玩，沒有實質性內容。

建議家長增加孩子的生活閱歷和原版閱讀，從而先做到“有語意、有觀點、有情緒”。

結構不完整

國小生作文容易結構缺失，常見寫着寫着，突然結束沒有結尾；或者沒有開頭，讓讀者莫名其妙…… 國小生作文通常邏輯混亂，思維跳躍，東一句、西一句，內容不關聯。

句式單一

國小生作文句式太單一：通篇一種到兩種句式，即使沒有錯誤，也很難歸類到一等作文行列。
