Festival is a folk the past,In the past, the Qingming Festival was called "Arbor Day". But Today, Chinese visit their family graves to tend to any underbrush that has grown. Weeds are pulled, and dirt swept away, and the family will set out offerings of food and spirit money. Unlike the sacrifices at a family's home altar, the offerings at the tomb usually consist of dry, bland food. One theory is that since any number of ghosts rome around a grave area, the less appealing food will be consumed by the ancestors, and not be plundered by strangers.

With the passing of time, this celebration of life became a day to the honor past ancestors. Following folk religion, the Chinese believed that the spirits of deceased ancestors looked after the family. Sacrifices of food and spirit money could keep them happy, and the family would prosper through good harvests and more children.

The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant (有意義的)holiday celebrated (慶祝)in China, and the one with the longest history (歷史最悠久). The Dragon Boat Festival is celebrated by b

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs (傳統習俗)to attempts to (試圖)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (愛國詩人)Chu Yuan. as is known to all, china is popular for its emperor of bicycles. this is because our country is still a developing country and few people can afford private cars. the demand for a means of transport is met by making millions of bicycles available.

riding a bicycle has a lot of advantages over driving a car. first, it is a physical eercise to ride a bicycle. in contrast, sitting in the car, one tends to gain weight. besides, it is nmch more economical to ride a bike than drive a car. on the one hand,the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is the annual ta. however, the annual fees for a car are costly. on the other hand, a bike neednt be equipped with a parking lot, but a car must. most important of all, it is beneficial to the environment to ride a bicycle because the bike doesnt consume petrol; it is a pollution-free transport. in contrast, the ehaust released by the car is harmful to the environment.

since china is a developing country with a large population, bicycles will still be the most popular means of transport in china for quite a long time. most people will still ride bicycles to go to work or to school. the emperor country of bicycles will remain for at least dozens of years.

Paper cutting is a traditional art in China which has been making its way along the route of the long history of kind of art went after the invention of paper in Han Dynasty,once became one of the main form of arts,and was popular to the people of the time; even in royal families ladies were also judged by the ability at papercut.

During the New Year, everyone in every family is happy. The adults are walking through the busy streets, going to the shops, going to the supermarket to get their annual goods, and seeing the rich variety of products, the faces of the adults are even happier. Young children wear new clothes, put the firecrackers, take the red envelopes, watch the Spring Festival party, eat dumplings, that is more than every time. After a few days of fun, don't mention how happy you are.

On New Year's eve, I heard the sound of deafening firecrackers outside, and saw the colorful fireworks outside the window. I couldn't stand my temper any longer, so I started to run away, and I wanted to join in the fun. "Ho, it's beautiful! The lights were blazing, and the lights and lamps were all lit up, and they shone with the colorful neon lights. A big red lantern hung high up, looking up, a piece of gauze lamp lit with flaming red. Downstairs on face beaming with adults and children in fireworks, firecrackers, "peng, peng" of fireworks to pull up, colorful fireworks flower bloom, again just like a meteor, "peacock", "birds pay homage to the king", "wealth" in one thousand a dozen fight each other in the night sky, flashing, inquiry, get the whole sky reflected in colorful, dazzling, dizzying.

"Eating jiaozi" grandma called me and dad into the house. The family is round, enjoying the three fresh dumplings, enjoying the colorful Spring Festival gala programs.
