其實每個人最瞭解的人就是你自己，包括自己的家庭，自己的朋友，自己的性格，愛好等等。其實一篇描寫自己的作文也可以算作是一個簡單的自我介紹，用英語寫出來，讓別人通過你的寫作，對你這個人有所瞭解。國小生的世界其實是非常單純的。大家在寫描寫自己的英語作文的時候可以把作文分成三段。第一段寫自己的名字，性別，愛好。第二段寫你的家庭，包括你家有幾口人，爸爸媽媽是做什麼的。第三段可以寫一些自己的感受，比如說你很高興有一個這樣幸福的家庭。

作爲國小生來說，想要得到一篇高分的作文很簡單，只要你的語句通順，時態運用的正確，沒有錯別的單詞在文章裏面，最重要的是你寫的內容與題目相符，這樣你的作文分數一定是差不了的。

在國小階段，教英語作文是一件很令人頭疼的事。學生們單詞量少，語法知識貧乏，硬讓學生強寫，是錯誤百出，甚至還有很多的中式英語，鬧出不少笑話。我分以下四個步驟來教作文，目前感覺效果不錯。

第一、仿寫句子。就是將句子中的關鍵詞用其它同類的單詞來代替。

第二、翻譯句子。將中文句子翻譯成相對應的英文句子。這是用來鍛鍊學生的表達能力的。

第三、仿寫課文。這裏的課文包括簡單的對話、段落和短文。這實際也是仿寫句子的一種延伸。也是替換課文中的關鍵詞，讓它再另外自成一篇。我現在教的一些中等水平的學生都基本能很好地仿寫課文，有時還能有讓人驚喜的創新。

最後，讓能力較好的學生試着寫命題作文。

在教英語作文時，切忌急於求成，要由簡到難，循序漸進，一步一步地走。如果，一上手就讓學生寫命題作文，他們就會望而生畏，卻步不前，不知道從哪裏下手。

不讓父母失望 Don't Let Parents Down

I always want to be the best student, so as to let my parents be proud of me. I never want to let them down. But my parents don't want me to have much pressure. All they want me to do is to do my best and be happy about the things I do. I am so moved. They are the best parents in the world.

我總是想成爲最好的學生，這樣我就可以讓我的父母以我爲榮。我不想讓他們失望。但是我的父母不希望我有太多的壓力，他們希望我盡力就可以了，並且爲自己做的事情感到快樂。我很感動，他們是世界上最好的父母。

If you get too fat, don't worry about you mustn't eat too much rich food. You should eat less sweet may eat more fruit and example, every day you can have an apple, an orange, some dry bread and some must take more exercise, so, you can be thinner and healthier.

如果你變胖了，也不要爲此着急。可是你不能吃太多油膩的食物，你應該少吃甜食。你可以多吃水果和蔬菜。例如，每天你可以吃一個蘋果，一個橘子，一些乾麪包和一些蔬菜。你還必須進行更多的鍛鍊。如果你能做到這些，你肯定會瘦下來，變得更健康。

我失信了 I Don't Keep My Words

Last night, my friends and I made the plan to go out for fun. But early in the morning, I was too tired and couldn’t wake up. So I lied to my friends. I toldl them I was not feeling well, so they came to see me. I felt so bad to break my words. I decided to be honest to them. Since then, I will always keep my words.

昨晚，我和我的朋友們越好了第二天出去玩。但早上的時候我實在太困了，起不了牀，所以我欺騙了我的朋友。我告訴他們我不舒服，之後他們來看望我。失信讓我感到很糟糕，我決定說實話。從那時起，我總會遵守自己的諾言。
