They teach us truth, science, literature, and philosophy of life, besides they increase our knowledge, enlarge our experience, strengthen our character and do many other things which we can not do without have to learn as long as we live. But our life is limited, and the knowledge is boundless. There are many things which are very necessary to learn and there are also many which should be avoided. Books tell us what is good and what is evil. and only books can tell the good from the bad.

Therefore to read more books is the best policy for our young students。

說起閱讀，那可是和我有着很深的緣分呢!在閱讀中，我學到了很多知識，懂得了很多道理。使我受益匪淺!

小時候，不管我喜歡不喜歡，媽媽總會在睡覺前給我講一個“睡前故事”，還和我一起“讀書”。漸漸的，我就喜歡上了書本，一直想自己去看書。

慢慢地，我已經到了上幼兒園的年齡了。這個時候，我開始嘗試着去讀一些繪本了，這個時候的我，從繪本中明白了很多道理，懂了很多知識。而且，媽媽還給我訂了《幼兒畫報》，我看起來總是愛不釋手。有一次，我正在看《幼兒畫報》，媽媽大聲喊我吃飯，我卻連聽都沒聽見，繼續看自己的《幼兒畫報》，過了一會兒，媽媽等不及了，走過來讓我去吃飯，我這才夢如初醒般的，走到了飯桌上。

很快，我上國小了，媽媽就在郵局給我訂了《我們愛科學》、《小哥白尼》、《科學探索》等書，也在圖書館裏借了很多書，還在網上給我買了很多好書!我呢，也經常習慣性地鑽研家裏的好書，很快，我就把很多書都鑽了個透，在這期間，我掌握了大量的知識，比如看科普類的書：我知道了樹是由頂端開始生長的、紙張最多可以折七次、蠟燭在水裏也可以燃燒、摩擦力在生活中的應用等;看歷史方面的書：讓我知道了中華五千年的文明歷史、知道了我國古代的四大發明、知道了很多的名人趣事、知道了“水可載舟，亦可覆舟”的深刻道理;看文學方面的書：讓我懂得了很多做人的道理、做人要善良、要有愛心、要懂得感恩、對他人要寬容、做事要持之以恆、要勇敢等。

因爲大量的閱讀，還讓我的學習更優秀。做數學題時，我能很快的讀懂題意，抓住關鍵點，巧妙解題;做語文的閱讀題時，由於閱讀量大，我很少在這上面失分。作文就更是我的強項，我的作文常被作爲班裏範文呢!在寫博客的時候，因爲閱讀量大，寫出的文章時常被推薦。

現在，我已經成爲了一隻名副其實的小書蟲，閱讀呢，自然將伴着我成長。
