Translation 譯文有一個名叫丁的廚師替梁惠王宰牛，手所接觸的地方，肩所靠着的地方，腳所踩着的地方，膝所頂着的地方，都發出皮骨相離聲，刀子刺進去時響聲更大，這些聲音沒有不合乎音律的。它竟然同《桑林》、《經首》兩首樂曲伴奏的舞蹈節奏合拍。
梁惠王說：“嘻!好啊!你的技術怎麼會高明到這種程度呢?”
