There were three possibilities. 下面解答兩個疑問： 1、jipinzhiyin同學提出的：“It is with this view that a professional man ventures to take up one of those problems 是個強調句式。真正的語序是 A professional man ventures to take up one of those problems withthis view. 強調正是由於持這種觀點，他才試圖解決那問題”。 答：確實如此!是說那個專業人士用“這種觀點”來面對問題。 2、有關那個“upon which”倒底是修飾哪一個問題的問題。 答：如果按照原句的'結構，是修飾“problems”的，因爲“upon which”與“one that falls within the scope of his experience”中間的連接詞是“AND”所以應該是一種並列的關係。但是這樣的話，意思又不通順。按照意思來看，應該是修飾“experience”的，但是如果是這樣，那麼連接詞就不應該用“AND”，而應該用個標點“，” 以上兩個疑難問題我專門去請教了教我們英文的副教授，答案應該還是比較權威的了。
