建議信是書信的一種形式,屬於應用文。建議信是寫信人向收信人就某事提出自己的建議或忠告,有可能是寫給個人,就收信人遇到的某個問題提出自己的看法和觀點;也可能是寫給某個組織或機構,就改進其服務等方面提出建議或忠告。
【寫作指導】
首段:一般指明提建議的初衷。
中段:圍繞問題,婉轉地提出有針對性且具有說服性的'建議。注意充分考慮對方的實際情況,表達時用語要得體。
尾段:簡單予以希望。希望自己的建議能對對方有所幫助,同時闡明你所提供的建議僅供對方參考。
注意:
★ 時態應以一般現在時爲主。
★ 由於是給別人提出建議,所以人稱應該以第二人稱爲主。
【常用表達】
建議信開頭:
You have asked me for my advice on ... and I will try to make some suggestions. Thanks for trusting me. It’s my great pleasure to give you some suggestions / advice / tips on ...
I’m sorry to hear / learn that ... However, the situation is easy to change if you take my advice.
I’m sorry (that) you are having trouble / difficulty / problems in ... I think you can make it if you follow the advice below.
I’d like to offer you some advice.
表達建議:
I would like to suggest that ...
If I were you, I would ...
As far as I am concerned ... / In my opinion ...
It seems better that ...

建議信結尾:
